Memo To: Parents/Guardians of Elementary Students
Subject: Football Game Conduct
Date: September, 2024
As we enter football season, we want to provide parents with some reminders about
student conduct at all football games. Elementary students (Pre-K through 5th grades)
should be accompanied to the games by parents or another adult. They must have adult
supervision close by at all times and are not allowed, as they have sometimes in the past,
to run free. Those attending the game are to sit and watch the game. Younger children
must be accompanied by an adult or upper level student when they leave the bleachers
during the game to travel to the concession area or restroom. While at the stadium there
should be no students on the field at any time (playing on the grass is prohibited), as is
walking along the top of the concrete retaining walls. Students are not to be on the
visitor’s side for any reason. Designated sections have been assigned to the high school
band and the middle/high school student body. Elementary students are not to be sitting
in these areas. (Elementary seating is close to supervising adults) In addition, it is unsafe
to be running up and down the hills, within the bleachers or to the concession. Thank
you in advance to parents and guardians who will be assisting school officials in helping
our students be respectful of the teams, themselves, other fans, and our visitors by being
mindful of the expectations presented above.
With high regard and tiger spirit,

Day 3 of Professional Development was filled with door prizes, "family" photos, round table discussions-educator to educator and hustling to be ready for tomorrow.
First Baptist Church hosted lunch today. Brother Tim smoked tasty brisket and sausage served with delicious sides. His helpers from the youth department were the best! We felt appreciated and a little spoiled. Thank for caring so much First Baptist Church.
